Robert T. Bell, CPA
路Robert T. Bell has been the Executive Director of the Charles B. Wang Foundation and related foundations since 1999. The Foundation focuses primarily on children’s health and education programs. He has been a director of The Smile Train since 2002 and consults with other boards of not-for-profit organizations and foundations.
路Mr. Bell has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for 33 years and has a varied and extensive experience in general financial and tax matters. He was a Managing Partner for approximately 10 years at Mendelsohn Kary Bell & Natoli, LLP where he served in various capacities over 34 years. Mendelsohn Kary Bell & Natoli, LLP is a medium sized New York City CPA / Consulting Firm primarily serving larger closely held corporate businesses.
路Mr. Bell was born in 1943 in New York City. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baruch College, The City University of New York in 1965. He currently resides in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey with his wife Dorothy.

路Mr. Chau was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States over 30 years ago. He earned a Law degree from Seton Hall University, a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from City College of New York. Mr. Chau, his wife Elizabeth, and three children had been long time residents on Long Island and regular attendees of the PCCC.
Michael Her
路Michael Her is the Chief Technology Officer of NeuLion, Inc. He has more than ten years enterprise software development experience and is responsible for defining the technology strategy and managing the product development for NeuLion.
路Prior to assuming this position, Michael ran the development team for iCan SP. Under his leadership, iCan SP's R&D team created a best-in-class service management product suite that was implemented by many Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and service providers. Before iCan, Michael served as Senior Vice President for Research & Development at Computer Associates International. Michael received a master's degree in computer science from the New York Institute of Technology. He and his wife, Jessica, live in Long Island with their daughter and they have supported the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center, Inc. since its inception.
Nancy Li
路As Chief Executive Officer Nancy Li is responsible for NeuLion's vision and sets overall direction for the company's product development and service offerings. Prior to forming NeuLion, Nancy established iCan SP, a wholly owned Computer Associates International subsidiary. Under Nancy's control and guidance as its CEO, iCan SP established itself as the leading provider of comprehensive, fully-automated, end-to-end service management software that improves the business effectiveness of today's complex, multi-vendor IT operations.
路Before establishing iCan SP, Nancy was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Computer Associates. She supervised the development of CA's mission-critical software solutions on platforms ranging from hand-held devices to Web browsers to mainframe computers. Under her leadership, CA became the world's leading provider of Internet security software, offering a portfolio of products that are unparalleled in their breadth and depth. She also was a key member of the senior management team responsible for strategic technology planning, including acquisitions and investments. Nancy led an eighteen-month initiative to develop end-to-end xSP management solutions. Her success in this effort was the catalyst for the formation of iCan SP.
路After joining CA in 1978, Nancy held a series of management positions covering virtually every facet of the company's business from a development and engineering perspective. During Nancy's tenure, CA introduced market-leading products such as Unicenter TNG, the industry-leading enterprise management solution, and Jasmine ii, the intelligent information infrastructure for creating a new class of eBusiness applications. Nancy led thousands of CA's worldwide research and development, customer support and quality assurance professionals as they delivered advanced eBusiness solutions for the new economy. She had been the driving force in the application of advanced visualization and neural network (Neugents) technologies into CA's eBusiness strategy.
路Nancy and her husband, Charles, live in Long Island with their two children and they have supported the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center, Inc. since its inception.

路Junne and his wife live in Long Island with their children who participate in the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center, Inc.'s programs.
Barbara Tjiong
路Barbara Tjiong is the Executive Director of the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center, Inc. where she is responsible for developing and overseeing the language and cultural programs.
路She has extensive experience working with Chinese schools, cultural programs, and charitable organizations. Prior to joining the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center, Inc. she was the dean and assistant principal of the Plainview Chinese School where she had also taught since its inception. Before teaching at the Plainview Chinese School she was the principal of the Center for Chinese Learning in Stony Brook where she developed and started their bilingual program. For the last three years she has been a director of the American Chinese School Association.
路Barbara and her husband, Michael, live in Long Island with their two children who all participate in the Center's program.
